Bringing Inclusion into Hair Salons

The Hair Braiding Academy came to us with a vision for a more inclusive community, providing braiding training to salons across the city so they can better serve textured hair. We started with a deep dive into the problem, the audience (salons), and the solution, to find the right language in our marketing. We created a lead magnet, the ROI Calculator, as a result of our research, giving potential customers a sneak peek into our solution. The project also consisted of writing copy for a cold outreach email sequence and automating it.
